i dont know abt this book but i used to read a few Baby Blues comic which can be found from MPH. i really cracked up reading the comic as it really relates to us as parents and kids. title such as "I thought Labor Ended When Baby Was Born"
that tells a lot isnt it?

have i ever fallen asleep while singing my own lullaby? hmm.. i think i did once. hahahaha..

true we toil and soil when they were still young, but i think we would definitely miss the dependancy when they would instead want to spend more time at their friends' house rather than with us. that's where we still hold on tight, for fear of letting them go. gosh.. what a dilemma that is. my son, a very independent boy, prefers to hang out with his friends. i become so possesive after that. lol..
when that time comes for all the children to go, then we turn to our spouse for that dependancy and 'manjaness.' that's where sometimes we slack cos we forgot how to bermanja with our spouse. haha.. still a long way to go. let's just take it a day at a time, shall we?

Hi Jo-n, A baby will make love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, bank balance smaller, home happier, clothes dirty, the past forgotten, and the future worth living for.

And having a baby changes the way you view your in-laws or out-laws.
You love it when they come to visit. They hold the baby, and you go out...
